  • Cancellations & Changes

    Cancellations and modifications are permitted up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After 48 hours, please contact us—if we have a waitlist and are able to resell your seat, we will issue a refund. If the seat cannot be resold, no refund will be available.

    Arrival Time

    Please arrive 5–10 minutes early at your pickup location. We have multiple stops to complete, and staying on schedule ensures a smooth pickup for everyone. We are not able to offer grace time, so please be ready and on time.

    Delays

    We make every effort to provide on-time service. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, collisions, road closures, and other unexpected conditions. Carpe Diem Tours is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
