Carpe Diem Tours guarantee an exceptional guest experience and thus makes every effort in personalizing your tours. This entails many details from reserving dates and times, coordinating with wineries, allocation of vehicle and tour guides. As a result, if cancellation is requested greater then 15 days prior to the date of the reserved tour or charter, a refund will be given less a $50 admin fee. If cancelation notice is given between 15 and 7 days, a 50% refund will be able to be given. If cancelation is under 7 days no refund will be able to be given. By making a reservation this will constitute your agreement to our cancellation policy.
- Delayed / cancelled flights: Carpe Diem Tours will not be responsible for travel delays resulting from airlines, flight cancellations..
- Refunds are issued to the credit card used in the initial booking.
- CDT will tour rain or shine, however, CDT may need to cancel planned tour due to unforeseen circumstances
