The Carpe Diems wine tour was fantastic. Great communication ahead of our tour including an itinerary of the wineries we’d be going to, and the times we had reservations at each. The customer service was beyond our expectations (they took our requests for specific wineries we wanted to go to and even had chips and water in the shuttle for our drives between wineries!) Our driver, Mark, was very friendly, very accommodating and I felt like he adapted to our energy very quickly. He even put on music we liked in the shuttle and offered his hand to help each person get out of the shuttle when we arrived at each location. These are the little things that will make you guys the top choice for a tour guide company in no time. I was very impressed and would happily book with them again!
